Qigong - the study of life force energy

4/15/2016

If you want to have more experiences with life force energy in your life, Qigong is one of the ways you can do this. Qigong (pronounced chee gung) is the study of life force energy - 'Qi' means life force energy and 'Gong' means to study. So the focus of Qigong is about sensing Qi, interpreting Qi, and using Qi. Some people do this with Qigong exercises. Some use it in Qigong martial arts.Others, like me, use it to give Qigong medical treatments.

This is the process I have used to study Qi and make it a bigger part of my life. Maybe some of these methods will resonate and work for you as well.

Sensing Qi
If you want to improve your ability to sense and feel Qi, I recommend to pay more attention to those moments when you feel something different happening within you. You can pay attention to what you feel like when you are in nature, for example, or times you are eating something you like, or listening to a song or music that moves you. It is those feelings of joy that come through when you are sensing Qi.

You can feel those moments of joy and pleasure in almost anything, and almost anywhere. For me, I feel it greater in nature, or when I'm eating something yummy, or enjoying a lovely beverage. I also tune in and feel Qi when I'm listening to music, or watching a movie that moves me, or theater, art, or sunlight through a prism glass. During these moments, I tune in and allow those feelings of joy to resonate through my whole soul and body. It becomes SEALED within my soul, and I FEEL that Qi as now part of me.

Also, I pay SPECIAL attention when I feel awe, get goosies, or chills up my spine. This is when I know I am receiving a splurge of Qi as if it is shouting, "NOTICE ME!"  So I do.

Create Time to Tune into Qi Experiences
Life is often busy and hectic, but if you want to have more Qi feeling experiences, you need to make opportunities for those moments of wonder in your life. One way I found that works for me is to routinely schedule time to spend with life force energy. This may be time to do gentle movements of my body (qigong exercises), or meditating, or just sitting with a lovely cup of tea and pondering.

If scheduling time for Qi interaction is impossible for you, another option is take more notice of Qi in your activities of daily living. When you eat, for example, really notice the color, texture, smell, and taste of the food with each bite. FEEL the experience and FEEL your Qi expand. Or if you are going out for drinks with your buddies, you can easily take a moment and smell the beer, savor the taste of the drink, and FEEL the smells, colors, and sensations of drinking, even if it is just for a moment. There are a multitude of activities you do every day you can refocus your thoughts, attention, and FEELINGS on the Qi experience.

Interpreting Subtle Qi Messages
As you improve your ability to sense Qi, you will get better at being able to differentiate the different types of Qi energies, anyway, that is what happened to me. I started to sense differences in Qi - colors, sounds, flows, images. I even started to see Qi in the air in certain places in nature.

As you improve your ability to sense different types of Qi, this is when the real excitement and fun really begins!  Anyway, it did for me. This is when the door to wonder and amazement really opened during medical Qigong treatments, I was able to "see" things, "hear things" and "feel things" in the Qigong treatment. It was as if I learned a new language and could interpret was the Qi was telling me. The Qi was now speaking to all my senses and feelings, and I was tuned in and listening.

Directing Qi
You can also learn to direct and move Qi. This is when things really start to get interesting. If you do martial arts Qigong, this is when you direct Qi to disarm your enemy. If you do Qigong exercises, this is when you feel changes in your body during the exercise. Because I do medical Qigong, this is where the magic of healing blossomed.

The study of life force energy is a way to help you improve your ability to sense Qi, use Qi, and direct Qi. When you study Qigong, you may find yourself on a path of wonder and amazement, and if you continue walking that path, you may even discover a world you didn't even know existed.

An Unusual Remote Experience to Treat Headache Pain

4/7/2016

This was a rather unusual Qigong treatment. This was a remote treatment where I projected myself to this person's bedside to do a Qigong healing treatment to try and ease his headache pain. We scheduled the treatment to be early in the morning when he would be asleep. I did my usual preparations then began my meditation and projected my energetic self to be at his bedside to conduct this remote Qigong treatment. I started the treatment like I usually do - grounding the patient. To do this, I direct a beam of energy through the top of my patient's head, then guide it down the middle of their body to the base of the spine, then direct that beam of energy to the earth. But as soon as I tried to guide the beam of energy through his head, it could not penetrate his head!  This had never happened to me before. So I changed and went to his feet and pulled up energy from the earth and directed it through the bottom of his feet and into his legs and torso.  He was now grounded.

I then went back to his head to do an assessment on his head. I could feel and see great chaotic energy firing in his head. It reminded me of pictures I have seen of the sun bursting with molten energy. I could "feel" his excruciating pain, but I couldn't penetrate and try and calm this energy.

I had some nonphysical Beings with me to assist with this treatment and together we used waves of calming cool sound, moving from the top of his head, and directing it down his body, and then down into the earth via the grounding cord I initially placed in his body. We repeating these soothing waves of sound energy through his body, over and over and over again until his brain calmed down. I could then sense he was now completely relaxed and now in a deep sleep.

I then went back to his head to try and conduct the assessment in his head as to what was causing his headaches. I expected to now be able to get "inside" his head, but I STILL could not. It was as if there was a shield around his brain. I then decided to change my usual assessment tactic of using the "flat palm assessment" over his head, and then visualized taking slices of photos through his brain, similar to an MRI scan. I was able to do this, and then with each sliced image, we assessed the energetic image I was bringing back from this process.

We finally were able to locate a small spot of yellow deep within his brain, and then we treated this. We eventually saw this aberration disappear. We then nourished the rest of his organs and body with Qi energy, wrapping up and protecting his body with Qi, concluding the treatment.

I later reported the treatment results to him, sharing how difficult it was to get into his energetic body through his head (even though he had given me permission to do so). I had assumed the barrier was due to his intense headache pain, but he said he had forgotten how he places a dot of protection on his third eye (forehead) everyday to protect himself from outside forces getting into his brain, and still had that dot on his forehead when I did the treatment. This could have been what was preventing me from getting into his energetic layer inside his head.

We did another remote treatment a few days later without the "dot of protection on his forehead" and I had no problem getting into his energetic head. However, he also did not have the headache pain at that time, either. But now we know, to be on the safe side, he has to be "dot free" during his treatment window.
