One of the things that fascinates me about Medical Qigong treatments is how different the practitioner and the patient's experiences will be with each experience. Each will experience something entirely different from each other during the treatment.
I recently gave a Qigong medical treatment to a client and before she arrived, I was aware of the presence of a Native American woman who was connected to my next client. She was going to be assisting in the Qigong treatment and my impression was, this presence was one of her Spiritual Guides.
I shared this information with my client before the treatment so if she wanted, she could choose to NOT have this energy presence in the treatment if she didn't want that experience. She welcomed this Being and we were both expecting something remarkable to happen during her treatment.
During her Qigong medical treatment, I could hear drumming as if we were in the center of Native American healing drumming circle. I could even feel several Native Americans dancing around the Qigong treatment table. I also felt the presence of her Spiritual Guide, too, but her Guide was focused on working directly with my client, not on interacting with me.
At the conclusion of the treatment, my client shared how she did not hear anything nor see anything. She experienced her usual view of moving colors and feeling energy move in her body, but did not see or hear her Guide. She did, however, feel what she described as a pulling up on her face, almost as if she had a face lift, which she assumed was a validation she was being made younger and more vibrant from the treatment. We had shared the same energy experience, but both of us sensed different things during the treatment, and it wasn't what either of us had expected.
