Headaches

One of my clients reported she had a history of headaches, and during her Qigong medical assessment, the energy on the right side of her head was different. It felt "stuck" and stagnant. She verified that was the side she usually gets her headaches.

During her Qigong medical treatment I cleared the stagnant energy from her head and massaged some of the acupuncture points on the back of her head.

I then directed my attention to providing clean vibrant nourishing energy into her head.  I placed my small pinkie finger on her third eye location of her forehead (which is an acupuncture point called the Yintang) and also placed my thumb on the top of her head at another acupuncture point (DU20).  I then directed my attention to these two points and directed energy into her head.  I could feel a buzzing vibration at the end of my fingers so had a physical validation energy was being directed.  I kept my fingers in that position and location for several minutes.

While I was in that pose with my fingers on her head, I was able to look briefly into her mind and I could see that new energy conduits were being created.  My impression was these new conduits were new neuro-pathways, almost as if they were roads to bypass her normal and standard pain responses so she could develop non-painful responses to her usual triggers.

Eventually the buzzing vibration sensation stopped and with it, I could see the new neuro-pathways had been created. I then moved onto another part of my client's treatment program.

At the end of her medical Qigong treatment we chatted about what each of us experienced during her session.  My client remarked how she felt there was a lot of heat being created at the point my finger was on her head, and then said, “it suddenly changed to cold and that was when you moved your hand away.”

Both of us felt the energy exchange during her treatment.  She could feel the temperature change from hot to cold and I could feel a buzzing vibration and the end of my fingers.

I can’t wait to hear back from her to get an update on her headaches!  I hope they are gone, gone, gone!
