Sound is a tool used in Qigong. It is used in Qigong medical treatments, Qigong meditations, and Qigong exercises. Sound is used to help cleanse and purify the body via the exchange of old Qi for new Qi. Sound vibrates the organ which serves the dual purpose of bringing Qi to that organ and moving stuck and stagnant Qi from that organ.
